The Centennial Plaza office complex consists of three separate office towers located on the one estate from 260 to 300 Elizabeth Street, Sydney within five minutes’ walk from Central Station. Constructed in 1988/89 by the John Holland Group, the complex was originally the Sydney corporate headquarters for the Roads and Traffic Authority (RTA). In 2008, Investa started planning for the upgrade of the 14,211m² complex to a PCA A-grade office space, which was required in order to reposition its place in the competitive Sydney commercial leasing market.
EVC was appointed by Investa to project manage the refurbishment and upgrade of Tower A after it was vacated by the RTA in January 2009.
