Australia Square is an iconic office and retail complex located in the Gourmet Circle of 264-278 George Street in Sydney. Renowned for its 47-storey cylindrical tower, Australia Square boasts a 13-storey plaza complex, one of Sydney’s largest basement car parks, a revolving restaurant on Level 47 and a large retail space. The complex also features an extensive outdoor public space, which is proving to be a social mecca due to the popular ‘Ryan’s Bar’ drinking establishment.
In 2012 EVC was appointed by Dexus and GPT as the project manager for the upgrade of the existing amenity facilities to current premium commercial standards, within both the tower and plaza complex.
