241 O’Riordan Street is an 18,000m2 commercial building which occupies a prominent ‘gateway’ position at the major entry point to Sydney’s Domestic Airport.
During the 2012 to 2013 period, EVC partnered with Valad to manage the feasibility, detailed design and procurement stages of this key refurbishment project. The works were completed in 2014 and the building now offers the new tenants a contemporary A-grade office space on a key gateway site with easy access to the CBD, airport and all main transport corridors.
