With 21,343m² of NLA, the building is located in the heart of Sydney’s CBD and offers 31 levels of superior office space and an automated car park stacking system.
In August 2008, EVC was appointed by Stockland to project manage the upgrade of the tenancy areas within the tower. This included the refurbishment of approximately 5,000m² of office space within the tower, in preparation for the presentation to the commercial leasing market.
In early 2009, EVC was appointed to project manage the upgrade of the new ground floor entry to the building. EVC teamed with Harry Seidler & Associates to explore design concepts for the ground floor area.
